ANDREA HYDE has concentrated her practice in the area of wills, trusts and estates since 1977, including estate planning, will and trust administration and estate and trust litigation. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a Member of the EPTL-SCPA Legislative Advisory Committee, a Fellow of the New York State Bar Association Foundation, a Member of the Expanded Executive Committee of the Trust and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and former Chair of its Life Insurance and Employee Benefits Committee, a Fellow of the New York State Bar Foundation, a former President of the New York Womens’ Bar Association and a Founding Director of the Womens’ Bar Association of the State of New York and is listed in “The Best Lawyers in America”. Ms. Hyde received her undergraduate degree from Marymount Manhattan College (Valedictorian of Class of 1967) and her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law (Dean’s list).
