BARBARA M. MAISTO handles several aspects of commercial litigation, including insurance-related matters and negligence defense. Ms. Maisto attended St. John's University School of Law and Quinnipiac College School of Law, where she received her degree in 1996. Ms. Maisto received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Seton Hall University in 1992 and attended Rutgers' School of Criminal Justice from 1992-1993. Ms. Maisto is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey, including the United States District Court for Southern, Eastern and Western Districts and the District Court of New Jersey. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York County Lawyer's Association, and the New York and New Jersey State Bar Associations.
