SEAN H. CLOSE represents management in all areas of labor and employment law and related litigation. He regularly counsels employers concerning their rights and obligations under the various federal, state and local statutes and regulations governing the employment relationship, including the National Labor Relations Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, ERISA, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Mr. Close has extensive experience representing employers in connection with employment-related litigation in federal and state courts, as well as before various administrative bodies, including the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Close received his law degree from the St. John's University School of Law in 1995. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York.
