WILLIAM M. POLLAK heads the firm's Corporate Department and has, for over thirty years, acted as general counsel for a wide variety of companies on regular business related matters. He regularly gives advice regarding contracts, licensing and distribution agreements, joint ventures, financings, including private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, emerging companies, including Limited Liability Companies and partnerships, and shareholder agreements. Mr. Pollak received his Doctor of Law degree from Cornell Law School in 1976 and his undergraduate degree (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Pennsylvania in 1973. He is a Cum Laude Graduate of The Taft School in Watertown Connecticut. He served from 2002—’08 as a member of the School Board of the City of White Plains, New York.
